Product manager building tools that turn data into decisions

I didn't plan on becoming a product manager. While in marketing, I began digging through our data to understand where we were actually generating value. I pulled insights, packaged them up the way I would a campaign, and people asked for more. That side project became a real product, and I realized I'd rather build the thing than market it.

Marketing and sales taught me that the story matters as much as the feature. I still believe that.
